mini portrait Sessions
Our 20 minute mini portrait sessions are perfect for those who:
don’t need multiple outfit changes
don’t need different photo locations
have busy schedules
want a selection of photos for a specific purpose (wedding websites, announcements, save the dates and/or holiday cards)
All mini sessions include at least 60-80 hi-res digital photos in color and black & white. (For comparison, our standard one hour engagement sessions result in 120+ photos depending on locations.) The downloadable hi-res photos are hosted on an online gallery connected with a professional print lab.
Having spent the past decade photographing people all over the Bay Area, I have two long lists of my favorite photo spots for you to choose from. From redwood groves to classic San Francisco landmarks, the Bay Area has a wealth of beautiful landscapes to fit every mood.

GIVE BACK Mini Sessions
We believe in giving back to the communities that have shaped us and continue to support us in our journeys. So in the spirit of honoring these communities, if you donate $250 to a charity or organization of your choosing and we’ll give you a 20 minute weekday mini engagement session at the Joaquin Miller Park redwood grove in the Oakland Hills to add to any booked wedding photography package at no additional cost. Why not share the love with those who love us and create some beautiful portraits at the same time?
Here’s a short list of organizations past clients have supported if you need some inspiration: the Southern Poverty Law Center, ACLU, Human Rights Campaign, Planned Parenthood, Sierra Club, Campaign Zero, Fair Fight, Donors Choose and Stop AAPI Hate.
(Note: Associate Photographer Give Back Mini Sessions can only be booked with a wedding photography contract of at least eight hours of coverage.)
