Intimate San Francisco Botanical Garden Elopement » San Francisco, California » Erin Prado for VCP

Amanda and Samuel's intimate elopement at the San Francisco Botanical Garden was a beautiful blend of personal tradition and cherished memories. The day began with a touching tea ceremony at their home, where they shared the meaningful ritual with their parents as a nod to Amanda’s cultural background. Afterwards, everyone made their way to the redwood grove within the Botanical Garden, a place that held special significance for them. Their good friend officiated the ceremony in both English and French, honoring Samuel's parents who speak French. Choosing to marry in the park was a natural choice for Amanda and Samuel, as they had shared their second date in Golden Gate Park and enjoyed countless weekends exploring the gardens. After exchanging their heartfelt vows, the couple strolled around, capturing stunning portraits against its lush and diverse landscape. The day was a perfect reflection of their love and the meaningful connection they had with this serene setting.

This wedding was photographed by associate photographer, Erin Prado.
